Fredric Tarrier is ClearPoint’s most recent employee. He has twenty years experience from the aviation industry, ten of them in HR and project management directed towards implementing systems for personnel logistics. He is also an experienced manager in large organizations. Furthermore, Fredric has worked as a project manager for systems implementations in i.a. the Middle East and Russia, and has undergone training in process and change management. Fredric’s forte is identifying how the combination of different challenges can affect the complete solution.
Fredric comes from Swedavia, which owns and operates ten airports in Sweden, where he primarily worked with setting requirements, procurement and implementation of support systems with a focus on personnel planning.
