We welcome Dan Neijdebro to us at Clearpoint. Dan is a computer-driven 42-year-old with a main focus on business development and project management. He most recently came from the consulting company Telemanagement AB.
In previous assignments, Dan has been responsible for a number of procurements and implementations of exchange solutions for telephony, contact centers and case management systems at both public authorities and private companies.
Prior to that, Dan worked in leading positions in the telecom industry for just over 12 years. Mainly in managerial positions with staff responsibility, but also as the main responsible for the quality and process management system at the customer service center at Tele2.
