ClearPoint welcomes Lars Forssell as a new employee.
He has more than twenty years experience from the aviation industry and business-driven IT – in both public and private sector. He started as an electronics engineer and has worked as manager and business developer where his focus was on developing and optimizing the business, to benefit the company, the client and the process.
Lars has a solid expertise in running IT and business projects, public procurement and change management. He has a special capability for quickly finding solutions and prioritizing tasks in complex situations – and to document and explain in such a clear and simple way that both operations and IT understand and strive towards the same goal.
Most recently, Lars has been working at Swedavia, which owns and operates ten airports in Sweden. He primarily worked with setting up requirements, procurement and implementation of technical solutions focusing on the traveller, but also with system support for both flight operations and commercial needs.
Finally, Lars has had a separate assignment for the crisis team at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. As chief of staff, he has managed the work to control and prioritize activities when encountering a crisis situation.
