Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in managerial work from SAS, Swedavia and Falck Ambulans and has extensive leadership experience in a variety of operational and administrative areas with great understanding and knowledge of the various challenges that exist in a company in terms of economy, quality and employee satisfaction.
Kenneth has also been defining and setting requirements on existing systems, acting as project owner for procurement of new systems and being the process owner responsible for both operational and administrative processes. One of Kenneth’s main strengths is to see the big picture based on the goals and objectives of the company.
In SAS Kenneth worked as Head of Ramp Handling Domestic Arlanda and then as Head SAS of People Logistics and was a member of the board of directors at SAS Ground Handling Arlanda.
Swedavia, in the role as Head of department Swedavia Planning Center the main mission was to secure and implement a workforce planning process to create a well-functioning business.
In Falck as the role of Chief Planning Officer a new personnel planning department for ambulance services in Sweden was implemented.
