We welcome Lotta Nordström to Clearpoint. Lotta has more than 30 years of experience working as a manager and as a project and change manager. Her area of expertise is to manage and drive various business development projects in collaboration between IT and the business.
In her role as change leader, Lotta has in several of her previous assignments implemented business systems, sales support systems, contact center solutions and various case management systems. Commissioning of the systems has also meant changing associated processes and establishing new ways of working for the staff. Lotta has supported and created many desired ‘way of working’ for both public authorities and private companies.
Most recently she worked for the consulting company Telemanagement AB.
Prior to that, Lotta worked in various leading positions in telecommunications, retail, banking and finance as well as in the sports business.
